Several members of the MinErAL network will present their research in webinars this summer. Mark your calendars!
 

(1) May 7 at 6 PM - New Caledonia : A representative full size research "laboratory" to investigate long term positive and negative externalities from mining activities, and to promote a new model for responsible mining by Fabrice Colin, Principal investigator of the Amedee Network and research director at the IRD UMR CEREGE – Presentation in French

(2) May 28 at 2PM – Interactions between International Trade and Investments Law and Indigenous Peoples’ Rights in mining projects by Erick Duchesne, professor, political science department, Université Laval, and Zoé Borin-Fargues , doctoral student, Université d’Ottawa – Presentation in French

(3) June 4 at 6PM – Presentation by Ciaran O’Faicheallaigh, Professor of Politics and Public Policy at Griffith University, Brisbane – Presentation in English
