The United Steelworkers is a trade union representing 220,000 members in diverse sectors and occupations across Canada. The USW is Canada’s largest mining union and represents Cameco’s Saskatchewan operations, Glencore’s Raglan operation, and the Vale Labrador operations, among other locations. The USW membership includes a significant number of workers of aboriginal ancestry.
