Claire Levacher, postdoctoral fellow of the MinErAL network, will present her work at Université Laval, as part of the lunchtime sessions of the Centre interuniversitaire d'études et de recherches autochtones. The presentation will address the Kanak populations' claims regarding the environment, recognition and access to new collective rights, as well as the sharing of mining rents, in order to draw up avenues for comparative research between New Caledonia and Canada. The conference (in French only) will take place at 11:30 am at Pavillon Charles-De Koninck (Université Laval), room 0450.
